 With super-hard, ceramic, carbide or metal alloy base - bonded to the metal substrate. Next, infusion of application-specific polymers or fluoropolymers link at a molecular level with the base coat. The result is a hybrid coating combining both incredible hardness and long-lasting lubricity and release properties.
